We got the opportunity to work with the Kent group while looking for a new home.

Max and Ann were very helpful in helping us find the home that was perfect for us! Max was very thorough in creating a detailed plan of showings, along with making note of what we liked/ didn’t like about the homes we visited. This helped us narrow down our searches and find our home. Max was also very detailed in making sure all the paperwork and closing to-dos aligned with what we needed and were taken care of, helping the process go a lot smoother and less stressful. The Kent group was great to work with I would greatly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable realtor who cares about you and takes all your thoughts into consideration.

"Ann and Gary were professional and knowledgeable. When I had a question or concern Ann always got back to me with an answer or reassuring words. Our house was on the market for 5 days when an offer came through. Ann helped explain the journey of buying and selling of our home. She helped us buy the home we fell in love with on the first walk through. Ann did a wonderful job of communicating with the other two realtors when it came to arranging of information and closings. "Ann and Gary were very attentive. They helped us list and sell our home, and purchase raw land. In listing our home, they had their interior designer provide recommendations on staging the home with an in-person appt. Diane was awesome! We followed all the recommendations which made the home look great both in person and in the pictures. The pictures we were especially awed with. They turned out better than expected and actually had us second guessing on selling. We did hold an open house during COVID per their recommendations and it went well. While home selling is a stressful and emotional period, we were grateful for Ann and Gary being there and accommodating our griefs! Our home sold quickly thanks to their interior designer and advertising of our home. As a home seller, you're always thankful for this as it is very stressful not to mention time consuming staging a home for showings. Ann and Gary always responded to our emails and texts promptly. They made sure we were up to date on progress and status. In looking for raw property, they walked the forested properties with us which many were surprised to hear of! Marco Polo =) Professional, wonderful realtors we would recommend to anyone!"

"Cant say enough good things about how helpful Ann and Gary were during our move from Indiana to Minneapolis this spring (May 2020). We asked them to do the impossible task of finding a big enough house for our expanding family but only within a really narrow area so we could be close neighbors with our family who already lived int eh Longfellow neighborhood. No doubt Ann and Gary could have sold us that was "good enough" and met our very specific location needs, but they also knew the area and market well enough to encourage us to be patient and to cut corners (i.e. buy a house next to commercial property, or on a busy street, or needs some basement work, or is at the upper limit of our budget). We were definitely tempted to just get a "good enough" house that was near enough to our family and call it a day, but they knew we had time and could afford to wait and we ended up finding the perfect house! We are so grateful to have had their expertise for such a complicated decision. I would highly recommend working them."

"Gary & Ann did a fantastic of selling my mothers house. It wasn't in the best of shape. Before contacting the Kents, I has another realtor and one of those "will buy your house for cash". To be totally honest, I would have sold to the cash instead of the other realtor. His offer was better than the other realtor! Then I contacted the Kents. SO HAPPY I did. My mothers house sold for about 85k more. Definitely 2 thumbs up!"

"Ann took us through from start to finish in our search process, and once we decided on a home, helped us to negotiate a good price as well as some protection as a buyer, which was extremely important in this Seller's Market.We were new home buyers, and Ann was able to break down the process into manageable chunks, and work with competing schedules to give us all the face-time that we needed over Zoom, or in person when needed.The process from offer to closing was very quick, but Ann was there with us every step of the way and got us closed on time as well as providing a solid financing contact."
